Day 1: Welcome to Uganda

ENTEBBE

Karibu, and welcome to Uganda!  Arrive at Entebbe International Airport and transfer to your hotel for an evening at leisure.

Day 2: Flight to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

Transfer to Entebbe International Airport in time for your scheduled flight to Kihihi airstrip. There, you will be picked up and transferred to your lodge.  
Enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure, including a visit to a local women’s cooperative to experience traditional Ugandan culture firsthand, or a nature/birdwatching walk in the forest.

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi NATIONAL PARK

The hike of a lifetime begins today. After breakfast, meet the park rangers/ guides who will be in charge of searching for the exquisite mountain gorillas. Trekking can last between three to eight hours total. Once you find the gorillas, you will be able to spend one unforgettable hour with them. Upon returning to the lodge, enjoy a visit with the local Batwa community.

Day 4: Exploring Bwindi impenetrable national park 

Enjoy another day of exploring Bwindi on a second gorilla trek in the iconic forest.

Day 5: Aerial Views of Uganda & Departure
 

BWINDI NATIONAL PARK & ENTEBBE

After breakfast, depart for Kihihi Airstrip for your return flight to Entebbe International Airport, arriving for your international flight onwards.
